Acceptance of terms
By placing an order on the Erwinthomasse.nl webshop you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at studio@erwinthomasse.nl before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

DHL Parcel , € 4,00 (1-2 business days)
European Union
Free delivery on orders over €200
DHL Parcel, € 10 (2-4 business days)

Vat discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 9% or 21%
VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.
Import taxes and duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or fees.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after payment of your order.
Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
Delivery time
All orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.

Returning your order
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order.
You must return the products to Erwinthomasse.nl online store’s return address in perfect and unused condition with the original packaging.

Costs for return
Erwinthomasse.nl is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 10 working days at the latest, after Erwinthomasse.nl receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the Paypal- or bank account used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Erwinthomasse.nl.
Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, Erwinthomasse.nl will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange.
In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a refund.
